If you have purchased a Zilmet branded product, you may be eligible for a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for a specified period. To register your warranty, please provide details about yourself and the product you have purchased.
Zilmet vessels are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Activating Your Warranty
To activate your warranty, you must complete the registration process within 30 days of the original purchase date. Registrations submitted after this period will not be accepted if a future warranty claim is made.
All warranty claims must be submitted within 5 years of the product’s date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation, operation, or maintenance contrary to the product manual.
- Malfunctions resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, storage, operation, accident, or unauthorised modification.
- Failures or defects caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
- Labour charges or any other costs associated with removing, reinstalling, or replacing the product.
- Repairs or replacements carried out without prior authorisation from Zilmet.
- Corrosion of mild steel flanges.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience a fault that is covered under this warranty, please contact the supplier from whom the vessel was purchased. They will obtain the necessary authorisation from Zilmet or the authorised distributor before any warranty action can proceed.
