If you have purchased a Zilmet branded product, you may be eligible for a warranty that covers any defects or malfunctions of the product for a certain period of time. To register for a warranty, you need to provide some details about yourself and the product you bought.
Zilmet vessels have a warranty period of 5 years.
Claims must be made within 5 years from date of manufacture.
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation, operation and maintenance as described in the manual
- Malfunction resulting from abuse, improper or negligent, handling, storage, use, operation, accident, alteration
- Failure or problem resulting from the incorrect use of the product
- Labour costs, and other charges for reinstalling the product
- Repair or replacement unless authorised by Zilmet
- Corrosion on mild steel flanges
Should you have a problem covered by this warranty contact the person from whom the vessel was purchased who will obtain authorisation from Zilmet (or distributor).
