The innovative, patented Zilmet flange is made of Tecnoprene, a high-performance technopolymer with outstanding technical features. Tecnoprene lends the new flanges great stability and mechanical resistance as well as resistance to temperature variations, allowing a maximum temperature of 150°C without any degradation. Tecnoprene is also completely recyclable.
This material is certified as food safe by the USA Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
